Hello ...
is there any application like installshield (an easier way to install application) for Java ?
(prefereable : free & supporting multiplatform)
I need that because, we know, not every computers have up to date JRE that we used....

You can try with the InstallAnywhere software. It is very good to be used for installing Java programs. But of course not free

Or you could just use Java Webstart which comes with the SDK.
