Really don't know whether this post will make some sense or not. But wanted to share my happiness and proud feeling of being in such a great community which helps the learning curve of an individual grow smoothly.
Though i have joined an year back (Apr 2006) i could not fully get involved. Perhaps, i was not knowing the power of JR by then. I still remember till this year May 2007 my posts were <30 and thereby my status was "greenhorn" only.
I feel happy that within the short duration i am able to reach 1000 posts. I wish the same spirit should go on forever with all of your support as usual. I feel very so great and treat this day as one of the wonderful days in my life.
Special thanks to the bartenders, sheriffs (and other people in the same role) who are always doing their best job to streamline the process!
Congratulations Raghavan Muthu. Not only your posts , but your attention to minute details are amazing. One more thing I can say that your understanding to Javaranch's policies, rules and regulations are great.

You watch cricket...? When you are not out (n.o), they show a * next to your score. That is what I meant.
Keep helping others in the WCD forum.

Oh.. Thats fine. Thank you Jothi.
I thought that "n.o" was the abbreviation for some other technical term

Hey..me too in Bangalore. Where do you stay? Hope we can make good friends...Are you aware of the BOJUG group here in Bangalore? They conduct meet ups frequently and it is a great place to be if you want to learn new technologies in Java...just google BOJUG and you will get the link!

Hi Jothi,
Yeah sure. I am aware of BOJUG and had attended the Barcamp4 as well.
It would be better if we continue this discussion offline. [ August 18, 2007: Message edited by: Raghavan Muthu ]
