I have total 4 yrs experience in J2ee.But for the last two years I haven't done much coding.Mostly I was involved in buisiness analysis, team tracking and high level design etc.
Now I need a change .But issue is I have'nt much confidence in java coding now.
How can I ghet it in this stage .please suggest.

Only way to get confidence is to get your hands dirty. Build a decent sample Java/J2EE project (with database, web screens etc). Try to use sought after technologies like Spring, Hibernate etc. You can get assistance from myriad of tutorials on the net. I have done some useful tutorials at http://www.lulu.com/java-success. Also get your self some good Java/J2EE books to brush up or learn fundamentals. Good luck.
