can we access UNIX standard IPC Function using Java Lanauge?
If yes please explain. An examples will be highly appreciated.

Which IPC are you talking about? Named pipes, Sockets, ? Sure. Sockets? Most definately. Memory mapped files? I think java.nio has those. Semaphores, shared memory, filelocking? Maybe with JNI.
