Java is platform independent and making it .exe will restrict it from being so...Anyways there are tools available(try in www.download.com).
However u can make executable jar files...which work as well as exe

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
