I don't think you are going to get an SLA for answers... 
This is purely a volunteer site. It is your fellow users that answers your questions. I guess the answer depends on the question. There are many common questions that get answered within minutes. And there are obscure questions that go unanswered.

you may want to read this. I haven't looked at any of your posts, so I'm not saying you've done anything wrong, but these are good tips for anyone to know.

In general, if you haven't received an answer after 24 hours, it might be a good idea to try to provide more information.

Howdy,
I've had a look on all of your postings, Mike, and with one exception they were all answered within minutes.
For the private email I cannot tell. But these often have a longer respond time or aren't answered at all.
