[some company] - Capital Markets

I have an offer from [some company] to join [some] team as an IT Analyst with the Capital Markets domain.

I have just above 5 years experience and have previously worked in BPOs for 2.5 years and then as a Business Analyst in a UK based S/W for just over 2.5 years.

I am a B.Sc. graduate who has traveresed the distance from a BPO to getting the above offer in [some company] in 5 years.

I have been onsite for a total duration of 14 months in countries like Luxembourg,UK,Estonia,Singapore and Philliphines.

[some company] has offered me a package which is slightly lesser than my current take home.

[some company] has been my dream company since I was in school.

Given all the facts above, I request you to help me with the following questions:

1) Does anyone know about [some team] and is it a good place to be for functional people?

2) Is IT Analyst a justified designation given my profile as stated above?
3) How much would you think I should be offered from [some company] for the given experience and education?
4) How long does it take to get promoted to an Assistant Consultant(AST)?
