Accessing USB devices

Hello

I am not able to access the USB devices attached to the computer through JAVA working on windows platform. Please let me know if there is any way i can access the USB devices.

There was also the thread here which also mentions JSR-80, which is in the IBM link. I just point the thread out since it contains a link to another Java library with limitted USB capabilities.
