Can any one tell me how to generate reports and charts in java like crystal report and vb
Any one who is answering has to tell me how to do it and if there are any special class what are they or any thing that I must download and where to do it.
This is very important and urgent

Try Open Source Japser Reports and try the Open Source tool iReport for Jasper.

Concerning charts, you might try this free package :JFreeChart

As for myself, I've found it very convenient : clear methods, nice looking and free.

You can find javadoc files here : http://www.jfree.org/jfreechart/javadoc/index.html

With a little time and Google help, you can easyly understand how to create charts (That's what I did).

For professional use, you should consider buying the Developer Guide.
