java lang out of memeory error..Pls Help!!!!

Hi
we are getting out of memory error when our application runs for a day on the macromedia jrun server .
the java args are as follows
java.args=-Xmx1200M -XX:NewRatio=1 -XX:MaxPermSize=128M
-XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC


now when we see the logs of jrun we find that there is some free memeory in jrun but when gc runs the VM crashes

the error is as below can any one help
