Please provide me your suggession about this job offer in USA....

Hello All,

I have 2.5 Yrs Experience in J2EE technology & currently working in India for one of the Leading Bank in the world.
I have been offered 55000$ per anum from a small USA based firm located in Vienna, VA 22180 Area.
Also this USA based company is sponsoring my H1B visa.
Only condition from this company is that they have 1 Yr work bond for which they will be taking 1 Lacks Indian Rupees as security deposite from me & they are saying that, they will return it back to me after my completion of 1 Yr in that company.
Actually I am confused as I don't know if the amount which they are offering to me is fair or not. Also how much I will save after my all expenses in this area in USA if I accept this offer?
