I'm a Sr. Software Consultant with about 10 years total IT experience and about 8 years in J2EE/JavaEE. Currently primary skillsets are springframework, iBatis, Hibernate, Flex, PL/SQL and also some design/architecture experience. I am looking to work in any of the following countries in order of preference: Spain, France, Ireland, UK, Australia, Costa Rica Can someone who has worked overseas let me know what are my options are? Thanks much!

Costa Rica Why you want work on country, even it has beatuful beach, but it doesn't has a nice IT industry.

But Costa Rica has a significant IT industry (don't know if is nice or ugly though )
