JavaService Using WrapperListener

Hi, I used WrapperListener for creating JavaService. Using it, server is running like windows service. I want to display some client GUI using JavaService. Is it possible to display JFrame using JavaService? If is it, can any one help me.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
