This book sounds good, and I have been reading it, and I have downloaded the code from wiley.com/compbooks/walsh/, for the book. HOwever, the book also mentions other code available from this link :
http://mantiscorp.com/people/aew/web3Dweb-code-access-request.html

this link never sends the ID/PW for access at www.mantiscorp.com.
Does anyone have the "confidential " code for the rest of the book ? Thanks In Advance

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
