please suggest me how to create an exe file which would run in any platform or in any computer without java or jvm installed in it.

'any plattform' means 'win95, 98, nt, me, 2000, xp, 2003 and vista' in the Windows-nutshell (Windows-world in their language).

If you mean the Win32 exe then you got to do is download Java launcher, which will help you in this task. It will write all the JNI wrappers for you... even allow you to set custom icon for your exe.
