The only one I used is pretty good. It is fairly rigorous in its descriptions and explained clearly. Data Abstraction and Problem Solving in Java by Carrano and Pritchard.

A search on amazon.com is a good place to look for tech books and usually have good reviews.

I have an affinity for Data Structures & Algorithms In Java By Robert Lafore, isbn 0-672-32453-9

I own "Algorithms in C++" by Robert Sedgewick, and afaik, a Java-Version is available now.
The translation to java is very easy, without excellent knowledge of c/c++.
