Hello Ranchers, Currently I am working with one of good Indian company, my total experience is 2 years and 8 months on Java/J2EE with the same company. I got my H1B stamped last year (2007 March). I have not got onsite chance (US) till now. 1) In this case,What should i do? 2)Should I transfer my H1B to a new company which belongs to USA directly? is this a right approach? 3) Is it possible to get direct onsite opportunity by transfering the H1B to some other Indian company, even if I do not go to USA anytime? 4)IS joining an another services company in India and going to US on a H1-B is better than going to US through a consultant? Please guide me? Thanks, Rakesh SCJP1.4
