I want to display a JFrame, when an item is selected from a combobox, in a JSP page(or HTML page). I don't want to use applets. My JFrame contains a JTable. Is it possible?

No, if you want Java in any kind of web page you need to use an applet.
(I don't know about JSP's, but I'm gessing they run server-side to create HTML on the fly)

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
