I want to use a table to write some results from a database in it. I saw it somewhere without swing. How dose it work? Do you have some code or just a few words?

You can use tables in AWT; One Mr.Thomas Studer has created his own source code for creating tables in AWT, which is reusable. His site is,
http://www.conjective.ch/tablebean/e/ and the necessary code can be downloaded.
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
