Can you mention some names

I want to know which product development companies are actually using latest stuff or doing RnD on developing products with latest Java EE technologies.
Can you please mention the names or the company website links?

Unfortunately people can't as per our policy here.

This question (while it should be an objective one) is unfortunately subjective, e.g. "Acme is using cutting edge technologies" "no, Acme is always behind the curve on this stuff," so we can't have this discussion.

I would say Sun, IBM and Oracle are all doing a great deal of work with these technologies, as they are pretty much the industry proponents of JEE. They often release white-papers touting their accomplishments, brilliance, and market dominance over the others, while at the same time, naming other companies with whom they have achieved success.

Probably a quick search on each of these respective companies website would uncover some of these successes, and probably generate a long list of clients.

With my minimal knowledge few common things which I have noticed is that all the major companies are acquiring or developing products in the SOA space and in Web 2.0 area. Every one has their own flavour of middleware products for integration.

Cloud computing, SAAS (Software As A Service), RFID and lots more that you can lay your hands on

Its interesting to see the different approaches companies are taking to evaluate their products using the virtual worlds (second life) based on web 2.0

You can google around on these and some more latest technologies and you would surely find more!!!
