Live Project and Exp Certificate

Dear friends,
I have done a course in JAVA/J2EE from NIIT in 6 months after passing MCA in July 2007. Then I cleared SCJP and SCWCD certification. Now I am struggling hard to get a job in any company as my academic career in not so good. And also I am no longer a fresher. So I want to join any life project in Java/J2EE for 2/3 months and get experience certificate for 1 year. Please suggest me any institure for the same. I am from delhi. I heard about MIracle, Noida Sector3, What about that institute?

but I was wondering if you would like to take the job as ... reference to a job and company and comments about said company removed. --MH

I think posts over hear will not help you find a perfect job.
You should register your resumes with websites like jobstreet.com and go through the local newspapers.

Yeah, I approched [Company], but they did not offer me any job.

So now I am looking for any small company to do live project and get exp certificate.

I get live projects in 2/3 institutes. They will provide projects and I need to do for two months. They will provide 2/3 projects that I can show in my cv. I need to work in jsp/servlet only but not in struts. I need suggestion in this regard. Will it be beneficial to me in getting a job? Please suggest.

Why not ! , If you are working on Struts , its not bad . And i personally assume that JSP/Servlet and JSP/Struts are no different technologies .. Struts extends Servlet itself !!

So my advise , go for struts project , and at home read some good book of Servlet/JSP and go for mini project in same , like Online Exam

While working with jsp/servlet you can pick Struts.

I will go for projects I mentioned earlier.

Still I have some confusion. I work only in jsp/servlet. But never in strut. How is it different? Will it be possible for me to learn it myself? Is strut important as per as job is concern? Is it necessary for a web programmer to know struts?

You can learn Struts on your own. Download an e-book on struts from InfoQ

The underlying concepts of Struts are related to servlets. Let me give you an example here:
