Has anyone of you or your frds recently shifted job who is working in Java?I just want to knw following things:
1. How much companies are offering for 5.5yrs of exp.
2. Best paymasters in Pune n Bangalore, where i can expect quality work as well.

I started this topic just to know current market trend & only those who has got offer recently or holding multiple offers know abt it. Please reply.

For 5 years experience one can get decent offers ranging from 13 - 16 lpa. I recently interviewed with [mumble] in Mumbai, Hyderabad etc and was offered in these ranges.
