Drag and Drop question

How can I distinquish between two drag sources of the same data type? Both sources are Vectors, each of which is wrapped in it's own Transferrable as well as being assigned unique Data Flavors. However, inside the Drop() method where I ask isDataFlavorSupported( myFlavor), no distinction is made between the DataFlavor names. Any help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. This is only my second week working with dnd and I thought I had a pretty good understanding of the API up until this point.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
