Hi All

I work in a software company in Hyderabad, India.
I would like to know whats the average market compensation in the IT industry in India for a 2 years experienced professional.

Avg salary 3 to 4 Lakhs but few companies pay upto 8-9lakhs as well.

IT can be around 3.6 to 4.2 which is considered be industrial standard pay.
Its also depends the company ..

All depends on your skill level, knowledge, soft skills, experience with the sought after technologies, and resume.

Each member might give you different numbers so that won't let you conclude. Recently, I have hearing about Shine.com in Radio FM so I guess they provide you with some range.

you check the shine.com which will say your market salary .. by searching or CV what is you avg salary

that will help you get a exact number.... but finally how much you are techi thats matters and keep you number and go for it
