HI,
I have a Frame inside of which there is a Canvas (acting as a toolbar). I need to drag the mouse from the canvas into the frame and release the mouse button on the frame area. now when i drag by clicking on the canvas, the mouse drag event of Canvas is called, but when i release the mouse over the frame, mouse release of frame is not called. the thing i want to achieve is some form of drag and drop without actually using java.awt.dnd. so anybody who could halp me will be appreciated, thanx.
if u need more info or code, mail me
