Hi All,
I have done SCJP1.5 and SCWCD5.
For better job and carrier which certification will I should do .
EJB3.0 or Web Service.
Please tell me currently which is in demand?

Both are good tracks - decide as per your goals and projects you get. I'd prefer web services though, as I think EJB is losing its popularity in last few years, hibernate is a better option. We haven't used EJB in our system and it is indeed one of the fastest & quite stable after deployment.
Another suggestion - do work on communication skills, both written and verbal. You have written "carrier", when you probably meant "career"!  Good luck!
