Are there any tools which onverts GUI developed in any language into Java ?

Can any one tell me how to do the following job- If I have a GUI which was developed in Delphi/PB/VB and now I need to convert that GUI into Java and make it web enabled. I've heard some tools are there to do this operation. I could found 2 tools (blackbirt.com & vb2j.com). But in those 2 sites, the tools restricts us to converts GUI developed ONLY in VB to Java. Expecting some inputs. Prashanth Menon
