can i use animated gifs to my java forms? hows it done? wd it slow the system down?
can i use streaming video on a java form .....NOT running in browser...
please help

You can use animated gifs... but I would test it out first because sometimes it doesn't look that great, depending on the gif. To use streaming video through Java, check out the JMF(Java Media Framework).
