Job offered at [ company X ]

Hi guys,

I have 4 yrs experience in C++. I have been offered a job in [ company X ]. They have started operations in [ city X ] in this year. I have been offered "Grade 3 ;: system analyst". They did not tell me project I will be working on. Could anybody answer my queries given below:

1. Onsite opportunities in [ company X ] for C++ projects
2. What is a role of System Analyst
3. How are increments given yearly

Nobody knows about [ company X ] ?? Guys I need to make a choice ASAP. Please help me out.
