JInternalFrame Palette Window

Does anyone know what I need to do to a JInternalFrame to make it a Pallette Window?
Or how to make a JDialog a Utility Window?
"Use the client properties mechanism to set the JInternalFrame.isPalette to true." - I don't know how to do this. This is what I found online, but it didn't give instructions of how to do this. Could someone help me?
Thanks

I agree. Here's the link: http://zeroturnaround.com/jrebel - it saves me about five hours per week
