JButton Problem

Hello Everybody:
I have following code for JButton.

COULD SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME. What does it mean? I think it is not reconizing the action event. Unknown Source?? right? How to fix it? Any response in this regards highly appriciated. Thanks -Bal
