I had 12+3 of Education and done SCJP and SCWCD.

Is it required to have 12+4 of qualification of better career?

As per my knowledge that is not correct. But you need specify what exactly you mean by 12+3 of Education, so that you can expect more views.

This sounds like a country specific question. Can you explain what the terms mean? In the US, it would mean a high school education plus three or four years of college/university. Which would be a big difference as four years implies being a college graduate and three years implies being partially done.
Somehow I suspect the numbers mean something different in your country though.

I am talking about India education.
By 12+3 I mean 12 year of school education and then 3 years of collage.

so i have done 12 years of school + BSc (3 years).

I think this depends on the number of years of experience you have and the skill set. If your skill set is rare the possibility is high along with certain years (3-4 / 4-5) of experience.
