I applied to [Company] and got offer. But it seems there was problem with pre-joining background check. They are saying they found discrepancies in previous-previous (currently the company i am working is the 3rd company) and hence they canceled my offer. I am not sure what discrepancies they found. My first company is a small company which started with 5 people and now grown to 30 people. I worked there for more then a year and then shifted to another company. During my tenure in that company it was not registered and we did not even had salary accounts in bank. Cash was directly paid to us monthly basis. Recently I came to know through my x-colleague (who is still working for that same company) that company now got registered and salary accounts has also been created for employees.
I have emailed to [Company] asking for the exact reason which made them to cancel the offer. Hoo!!! forgot mentioned [Company] even blacklisted that Company (Mentioned in the mail that i received from [Company]). Shocking!!! I got only my experience and offer letter which that company has provided to prove my genuine experience. I am not sure if a made any mistake while filling [Company] employment form during the interview process or if they received any false statement from that company or if due to the some other reason they put it to backlist. Even after frequent mails asking for reason they are telling me the same reason (discrepancies in company). I am not sure how to prove myself. It is causing mental harassment and frustration to me. I am not able to concentrate on my current job properly. I am worried about the experience with that company.
Anyone could suggest me on this as to what to do ? It is a very serious concern towards my career.

I don't think there is problem from your side and I feel the problem is from your previous company. I assume that your previous company was blacklisted due to many reasons and one such example can be they might be giving some fake experience certificates. I am not sure if you really can proof about your self to or you can do some thing in this regard except requesting them. Still if it wont work out just move on and that is not end of the world, you can find another better job.
