i am devoloping a chat application
how can i set the color of title bar to get notified the recieval
of a message.
please let me know how can i set the color of TitleBar

You can't change the color of frame or dialog borders... that is an OS specific thing... If you need to alert the user to an incoming message and the screen may not be on the top of the desktop, or may be iconified, perhaps this would work instead...
