JClass HiGrid -> Loading data locally rather than data coming from a DataBase

Hi
I was trying to load the JClass Grid with local data than data coming through a database like its been demonstrated in the demos & examples section of the JCLass Evaluation Version. Has anyone attempted this ? This would be currently just a single table of data not a hierarchy. I would appreciate it if you could pitch in any sample code if available.
