How to make Swing App Web Enabled

We have just built a stand-alone application with Swing. And we would like to make it web enabled. Could any one share their ideas?
I do not want go in JApplet Route.I took a look at Echo Framework where we have to make the code changes to suit to Echo Framework and it is still in Beta.

I can use JWS to down load the latest jar from a webserver. How can I use JWS for distributed application.
