Setting corners on a GUI

I want to map the GPS coordinates onto the java Point returned. Ie origin(0,0) to be like (53.3411,6.25435). My problem is that I need to set at least on other corner with values too, so the ratio of pixel to GPS coordinate is correct. All help appreciated.
