Problem with skins

Hi to All!
Dear sir how can i apply ready made skins on my Application.
I have download software from this site.

i have got a little bit idea from its examples that how can i aply it in my application but in this i'm depreased that how can i compile it.
i have found its jar file.. but how can i apply this software and make skins in my programe.
