I am making a program for school and I would like to put a FAQ in an Help Drop Down Menu that when you click on it, it will open a default OS web browser and take you to a designated link. Any ideas?

Idea #1 - Please change your display name to conform to our Naming Policy.
Idea #2 - Try a simple search of this forum as this question has been raised a few times before. A solution which I used can be found here.
Hope that helps.
