I have downloaded winlaf.jar to test another l&f.
I have put thid jar in my class path and inside the main method I have wrote:
public static void main(String[ ] arg) {
net.java.plaf.LookAndFeelPatchManager.initialize();
// some code to create my frame
but the GUI dosen't change, so what I must do ?

I haven't test it, but according to How to set the Look and Feel section in the Java Tutorial, once an external LAF has been placed in the classpath, it can be treated as the others. Thus try

SCJP2. Please Indent your code using UBB Code

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
