Does anyone know if there is a java bean for date to display a calendar and allow the user to select a date. Or any ideas on how to implement date, ie should you have a seperate date class? is there any gui component to display and allow the user to select a date? Something jazzy! Thanks

Karen,
I am using the Kiwi Toolkit, it's free and easy to use. http://nerosworld.com/ping/kiwi/
You can also do searching on the web for other free stuff. The keyword for the calendar is DateChooser.
Good Luck!
