JPopupMenu doubt

hello guys,

I need a help in performing the following task.

I need to create a popup menu in swing ,in that if i select a field then the file open window should be opened.

I know there is a class named JpopupMenu in swing.But i didn't use it.Can i find some examples for that.And similarly for opening the file open window.
