Disable JFrame

Hi. I am having a problem figuring out how to disable a JFrame. It's kind of tricky.
We have an application we created strictly for shop floor data collection. This application is going to be running on a PC on our shop floor.
We do not want the employees to be able to close out of this application, or even minimize it. So, I decided we could disable the close and minimize buttons on the frame. But if we do that, and we (administrators) need to close the app for some reason, how would we do it without ending the app through task manager?
Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Works great, Thanks!

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
