JTable Editing

We are developing a new Swing Aplication. It is a complete hands down data entry application.

The users will enter values in TextFields and press a button to add the row in a JTable. Later when they want to modify, they will tab into the Table and do the editing there. I added the DefaultCellEditor, for specific format of the Cell whie editing. But that works only when they click the cell with Mouse.

Is there anyway to fire the CellEditor without mouse click, meaning when they tab and get focus of the cell the CellEditor should work.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
