This doesn't look as Java related. And the entire capitalization doesn't look professional. The person uses the forum only for this 'offer'. I would suggest to kick the entire message off.

Small letters differ more than big letters. Therefor they are much better readable. Capitalized words SPRING into the eye, but need to be used seldom. A whole paragraph capitalized is used, when you don't wan't it to be read, typical case: LICENSE AGREEMENTS.
