Try for NetBeans IDE. Its also free.

Hi Anthony

You may try JFrameBuilder Which is special for developing Java Swing interface.

Download Java GUI Builder, <a href="http://www.mars3000.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.mars3000.com</a>

I've been using Visual Editor, which is an Eclipse plug-in. Recently, I'm trying out Swing Designer, from Instantiations, Inc -- it seems more robust and feature rich than VE.
