What's the name of a GUI control with 2 arrows...

Hi!

I can't remember what the name of the control is where you have a textbox, and two arrows on the side (up and down arrow), so when you click the arrows it adds or subtracts 1 from the number in the textbox...

So can anybody tell me what the common word for it is?
