Adult Ad on JR Page

I was browsing MD and I found that in the botton section of the page, some adult ads are coming. I have taken a screenshot of the same. I will post the same once I upload it.

We can block these ads from Google if we know the destination, but I understand that you didn't want to follow the link...

This is avery common ad found among various Music/Movie download sites. I have seen this ad many times before. I will email you the URL if I found them on other site.

The URL should be mentioned in the google ad. So you can see where it goes without having to actually click on it.
