It's your punishment for using the same title for all your posts (UseAMeaningfulSubjectLine) and having the title in capitals (which is considered to be shouting).

Can you try looking at it while standing on your head? Let us know if this fixes it.

The upside behavior is due to a driver issue with your webcam. if you uninstall the driver and res install it will go away.
