Hi all,
I have some basic knowledge in Swing by reading the book Head First Java. Now I want to learn some advanced conceptsin swing. So I have planned to buy a good book for swing. Before buying the book I want to know which one will be good that will have more explanation with example codings.

Sun's JFC SWing Tutorial - Kathy Walrath, is an excellent tutorial style book.
you can read all of the pages at sun's site, but much better to get the book

Swing 2nd Edition - Matthew Robinson, is an excellent reference style book.
there was a link in the last day or 2 posted here, where you can download
the 1st edition

Swing - O'Reilly, I haven't read this , so read the comments at amazon - but
generally O'Reilly has the reputation for quality books.

I have the first 2 books, and use them regularly - I can generally find
what I'm after in one or the other. If O'Reilly puts out a 1.5 version of
their book, I will get that also.

Recommendation - get them all.

There is a book review forum here - may be worth a search
